Sprouts is a class to experience the joy and activity dance brings us, without worry of judgement. Where dancers are encouraged to utilize their imagination and build confidence in themselves and their creativity.
Class primarily consists dancers 3 - 5 years old.

Sprouts

There’s so much dance, expression and sun to experience.
For first timers and people who might be a little nervous and unsure about their abilities or are still starting their exploration of dance. We focus on building creativity, confidence, musicality and enjoyment for dance!
Class primarily consists of dancers 6 - 8 years old.

Buds
$20 per person - group class
Patience is key in any process. Especially the middle.
Buds is a class where we develop dance skill through gentle technique practice and experimentation with improvisation. Throughout each position, dancers are encouraged to move their bodies in a way that feels right for them.
Class primarily consists of dancers 9 - 12 years old.

Blooms
$20 per person - group class
Unfolding and using your experience. Always developing.
Dancers will learn new technique for moving their body, working with different levels, directions and dynamics, aiming to build strength, flexibility and coordination.
Class primarily consists of dancers 13 - 17 years old.

Blossoms
$20 per person - group class
Expressed creation manifests for our nourishment.
Blossoms is a class to nourish the body and mind with movement and expression, using creative dance methods. Dance and breath helps to bring our attention into the moment, allowing us to feel and acknowledge what our bodies need without distractions.
Class consists of dancers 18 years old and above.

Private Sessions
$40 per private class
Expressed creation develops best on our own path with the attention we provide it.
Sessions are open & available for any age or skill level.

Cancellation Policy
Afternoon classes require notice be given 5 hours prior to your class commencing. Morning classes require notice be given by 8pm the night before your class, failure to do this will result in you still being charged the price of the class. Additionally, if no notice is given, you will still be charged.
For private classes, if no notice is given for running late, you will be contacted 10 minutes after the intended start time for the class. If no response is given, the class will be cancelled and you will still be charged.
